However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the terms outlined below. Order Cancellations / Exchange

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 9830666662.
  • Return/Exchange Shipping Charges: Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping charges for return/exchanges.

Exchange/Returns

Once the product has been delivered, and if you are dissatisfied with the product, returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Exchange/Return: Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

    • In case of:
      • Damaged items delivered
      • Wrong item delivered
      • Wrong size delivered
      • Genuine size issues
      • Genuine quality issues

  • Notification: In case of any discrepancies with the product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment by sending us a WhatsApp message at +91 9830666662. Kindly share clear images of the product along with the shipping label.

  • Exchange Policy: We offer a 'no questions asked' exchange policy, but the reverse shipping cost will be borne by the customer. If you wish to return or exchange the product, you may self-return the item to our warehouse.

  • Refund Process: The refund will be initiated within 7 business days after we receive the returned product.

  • Product Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags intact. Please ensure that the Order Number is mentioned on the returned package.

  • Ineligible Items for Exchange/Return:

    • Customized or personalized products
    • Sale category items
    • International orders (exchanges not applicable)
    • Products purchased using coupon codes (eligible for exchange but not refundable)

  • Exchange for Lower-Priced Products: If the exchange involves a product of lower value, the balance amount will be credited to the customer's store credit for future use.

How to Initiate an Exchange

To initiate an exchange or return, please follow these steps:

    • An unboxing video of the received package. Please note that the return or exchange request will only be accepted if the unboxing video along with your Order Number is shared.
    • A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation.
