1. How long will my order take to arrive?

2. How will I know if my order is placed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email/text message. You will also be notified when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

3. Will my area be serviced by your logistics provider?

4. Are there any shipping charges on delivery?
Shipping is free within India for prepaid orders. For international orders, shipping charges will apply and will be calculated during checkout.

5. What happens if my shipment does not get delivered on time?
If your order is not delivered within the estimated time frame (3-4 working days to metro cities), please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9830666662 or email omgjeans@gmail.com. We will assist you in getting your order delivered at the earliest.

6. How can I cancel an order?

7. What happens if I receive a damaged product or the wrong item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at WhatsApp: +91 9830666662 or email omgjeans@gmail.com. Share clear images of the issue, along with an unboxing video. We will assist you with the return or exchange of the product.

8. How many days after purchase can I return my order?
You can return your product within 2 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

9. When will I receive my refund or exchange product?
After the return is processed and a quality check is completed, the exchange will be dispatched within 7-10 working days. Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days after the return is received.

10. How do I determine the correct size for me?

11. What happens if the product I purchased is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock or unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you within 2 working days. You may choose to select a different product or request a refund. We will proactively keep you updated on the status via email or mobile number.

12. Do you accept orders for Post Office box addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Post Office box addresses. We are not responsible for non-delivery if an order is sent to a P.O. Box and not received by the customer.

13. How can I pay for my order at OMG Jeans?
We accept payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
