By placing an order on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Shipping and Delivery Policy. Shipping Details

  • Shipping Origin: All products are shipped from our warehouse located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
  • Shipping Partners: We partner with leading third-party courier service providers such as Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC, and DHL (“Courier Partners”) to facilitate the delivery process. Information about the specific courier partner handling your order will be provided once the product is dispatched.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Saturday) excluding national holidays.
  • Shipping Address: Ensure that you provide a complete street address, including the correct pin code, at the time of placing the order. Orders with incomplete or incorrect shipping details may lead to delays or failed deliveries.
  • Multiple Items and Addresses: If you order multiple products, we will make every effort to ship them together. However, we can only process one shipping address per order. If you require shipments to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Delivery and Shipping Times

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make three (3) delivery attempts at the address specified by you. If the order cannot be delivered after three attempts, it will be returned to us, and we will notify you regarding non-delivery.
  • Shipping Time: On average, you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days. Delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, including logistical issues, weather, or public holidays.
  • Custom Orders: In case you have made a custom order for an item that is unavailable, delivery may take longer. We will proactively communicate with you regarding the status of your order via email or SMS.

Address Modifications

  • Editing Orders: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be edited or modified. However, requests to change the shipping address can be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Contact us immediately at ms.omgcreation@gmail.com if you need to request an address change.

Shipping Charges and Penalties

  • Incorrect Address Penalty: Courier services charge a penalty for incorrect or mismatched shipping addresses. Please verify that your address and pin code are accurate when placing an order. If an order is reshipped due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery Tracking

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order through the “Track Order” section in the My Account area on our website.

International Shipping

  • Shipping Locations: We ship products worldwide, including to street addresses outside India. For international deliveries, we partner with reliable international shipping companies like DHL and FedEx.
  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Please note that the prices listed on our website do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges. These additional costs are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and must be paid by the customer.
  • Non-Compliance: In case of non-payment of customs duties or taxes, OMG Jeans will not be responsible for the non-delivery or refund of the product. Customers are advised to check with their local authorities for information regarding customs charges before placing an order.

Damages and Lost Packages

OMG Jeans is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items after they have been delivered to the provided address by our courier partners. We recommend tracking your order regularly and ensuring someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
